In the shopping centre of the stage 1 with approx. 220 shops and stage 2 with approx. 50 shops, a wide network of competitors´ specialised chains - (food supermarket, cosmetics, textile, footwear, electrical appliances, furniture, sport goods etc.) and services (restaurants, banks, travel agencies etc.), shall be concentrated. Each assortment shall offer different price levels to be able to address as much shoppers´ shifts as possible.
