Proprietary rights
The Project is developed by the company Obchodní domy iRO, a.s. which is ready to prepare the total realisation of the Project and to operate it, if need be. The building permit has been already issued for construction of the Project - stage 1. At present, the needful preparation of the stage 2 is running.
Building permits for construction of Phase I of SWR issued. Approved land use plan for the construction of SWR I. and II. STAGESAt the beginning of 2005, the municipal plan for the construction of the I. and II. Stage of the SWR was approved. The region will be developed in co-operation with the villages touched.
